🚨 UPDATE: OUR BINGX RECENT ENCOUNTER To our community, we owe you absolute transparency regarding our upcoming exchange listing. Unfortunately, we must inform you that our listing process is currently on hold due to a severe security issue and a lack of accountability from BingX. We have tried to resolve this situation privately and professionally, but as of today, the exchange has completely abandoned communication, forcing us to bring the facts to the public. What Happened? It’s a Sophisticated Exploitation of BingX’s Portal!!! Our team has been actively working to secure top-tier exchange listings. During this process, we were contacted on Telegram by an individual claiming to be a BingX listing agent. To ensure our security, we followed the exact professional protocols we use with every major exchange: 1. Official Portal Verification: We took the agent’s username and verified it directly through the official BingX Verification Portal on their website. The system flagged the user as an official, authorized representative. 2. Corporate Email Confirmation: We requested an official email confirmation. We received emails sent directly from official BingX corporate mail domains. These email addresses were also run through the BingX verification tool and explicitly confirmed as trusted/official. With two separate layers of official validation confirming this individual's identity, we proceeded with the industry-standard procedure and made the upfront deposit payment to secure the partnership. The following day, the supposed agent contacted us demanding an additional secondary payment. Recognizing this as abnormal behavior, we immediately grew suspicious and declined. When we confronted the agent, they immediately blocked our team and deleted the entire group chat history. We immediately contacted BingX’s corporate support to report the security breach and fraud. Their official explanation was deeply concerning: "Those usernames were picked up by the scammer. The real owner's account was deleted by Telegram and we didn’t update it yet." As a multi-million dollar global financial platform, BingX is fundamentally responsible for updating their security databases in real time to prevent fraud. Instead of taking accountability for an internal failure where their own website explicitly validated a scammer to the public, BingX representatives spent days attempting to shift the entire blame onto our team. We officially requested a refund due to their platform's technical failure. Instead of assisting a partner project, BingX behaved with extreme nonchalance. Since May 19th, they have completely stopped responding to our messages. Their sudden silence gives us strong reason to believe they are actively covering up for internal negligence, or worse, individuals connected to the exploit. Moving Forward Everything regarding this specific listing is currently on hold. We refuse to let a major entity bully our project or sweep their own security flaws under the rug. We are making this public because our community deserves to know the exact reason for the delay. Our development does not stop here. We are continuing to build, we are safe, and we will aggressively pursue a resolution to this matter. All relevant chats and proofs of verification are attached below for absolute transparency. Thank you for your unwavering support. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
